Boiler overpressure phenomenon:

1. The air pressure rises sharply, exceeds the allowable working pressure, the pressure gauge pointer exceeds the allowable working "red line", and the pressure is still rising after the safety valve operates.

2. Send out an overpressure alarm signal, and the overpressure interlock protection device will act.

3. The steam temperature increases and the steam flow decreases.

Boiler overpressure treatment:

1. Quickly weaken the combustion , manually open the safety valve or steam release valve.

2. Increase the water supply, at the same time strengthen the sewage discharge in the lower steam drum (at this time, attention should be paid to maintaining the normal water level of the boiler) to reduce the temperature of the boiler water, thereby reducing the pressure of the boiler steam drum.

3. If the safety valve fails or all the pressure gauges are damaged, the furnace should be stopped urgently, and the pressure should be increased after the safety valve and pressure gauge are repaired.

4. When the boiler is overpressured and endangers the safe operation, pressure reduction measures should be taken, but the pressure reduction speed is strictly prohibited.

Boiler tube burst phenomenon:

1. The sound of soda spray can be heard when the pipe is burst , and there is obvious burst sound in severe cases.

2. The furnace chamber changes from negative pressure combustion to positive pressure combustion, and a large number of furnace smoke and steam are ejected from the door hole and air leakage of the furnace wall.

3. The water flow is abnormal and is greater than the steam flow.

4. Although the water supply is increased, the water level is often difficult to maintain and the steam pressure is reduced .

5. The exhaust gas temperature decreases, and the color of the flue gas turns white.

6. The temperature of the furnace is lowered, and even the fire is extinguished.

7. The load of the induced draft fan increases and the current increases.

8. Water flows out from the bottom of the boiler, and the ash and slag increase .

Boiler tube burst treatment:

1. The explosion and leakage of the furnace tube are not serious and the water level can be maintained. When the accident does not expand, the load can be reduced for a short time to maintain operation, and the furnace can be stopped after the standby furnace is started .

2. When the furnace tube is broken and the water level cannot be maintained, the furnace should be stopped urgently, but the induced draft fan should not be stopped, and the boiler should continue to be filled with water to reduce the temperature of the tube wall, so that the accident will not expand.

3. If the boiler is short of water and the tube wall is overheated and the tube bursts, the boiler should be stopped urgently, and it is strictly forbidden to supply water to the boiler. At this time, the residual fire in the boiler should be withdrawn as soon as possible to reduce the temperature of the furnace and reduce the degree of overheating of the boiler.

4. If several boilers supply steam in parallel, the main steam pipe of the accident boiler should be cut off from the steam main pipe.

Superheater tube blasting accident phenomenon:

1. There is a sound of steam spraying or popping near the superheater .

2. The steam flow rate drops abnormally, and the flow rate is abnormally smaller than the feed water flow rate.

3. The negative pressure of the furnace is reduced or becomes positive pressure. In severe cases, steam and smoke are sprayed out from the furnace door and the fire hole.

4. The temperature of the flue gas after the superheater decreases abnormally or the temperature difference between the flue gas before and after the superheater increases.

5. When the damage is serious, the steam pressure of the boiler drops.

6. The flue gas temperature drops significantly, and the color of the flue gas discharged from the chimney becomes off-white or white

7. The load of the induced draft fan increases and the current increases.

Superheater tube blasting accident treatment:

1. The superheater tube is slightly ruptured, the load can be appropriately reduced, and the operation can be maintained in a short time. At the same time, the leakage situation should be closely monitored, and the standby boiler should be started quickly. If the failure situation worsens during the monitoring process, the furnace should be stopped as soon as possible.

2. Emergency stop is required when the superheater tube bursts seriously .

Boiler water hammer phenomenon:

1. There is a certain rhythmic impact sound at the boiler and the pipeline, sometimes the sound is loud, and it is accompanied by strong vibration of the water supply pipeline or the steam pipeline .

2. The pointer of the pressure gauge swings back and forth, which is consistent with the sound frequency of the vibration.

3. When the water hammer is serious, it may cause various connecting parts, such as cracking of welding joints, damage to valves, etc.

Treatment of water hammer in the drum:

1. If the check valve fails, the combustion should be weakened, the load and pressure should be reduced, the water supply shut-off valve should be closed, the water supply should be stopped, and the water supply check valve should be repaired quickly. At the same time, the water level should be observed to prevent water shortage accidents.

2. If there is a steam heating device when the lower drum is fired, the steam valve should be closed quickly .

3. Keep the water level in the boiler running, and feed water into the drum evenly and evenly . If the water hammer continues, the furnace should be shut down for maintenance.

4. When the boiler is overhauled, the repair of water supply pipes, water distribution pipes and water tanks should be strengthened.

Treatment of water hammer in steam pipeline:

1. Reduce steam supply and close the main steam valve if necessary .

2. Open the steam trap on the superheater header and steam pipe to drain.

3. The water level of the drum is too high, and the sewage should be properly drained to maintain the normal water level.

4. Strengthen water treatment to ensure the quality of feed water and pot water.

5. After the water hammer is eliminated, check the condition of the pipes, pipe racks, flanges, etc. If there is no condition, warm the pipes again for steam supply.

Treatment of economizer water hammer :

1. Open the steam release valve on the outlet header of the economizer to exhaust the air.

2. Check the check valve on the inlet of the economizer , and repair or replace it in time if any damage is found.

3. Continuously supply water to the boiler, and strictly control the outlet water temperature of the economizer, which should generally be 40°C lower than the saturation temperature. If it is found that the temperature is too high, vaporization may occur, and the recirculation pipe should be opened, or the bypass flue should be opened, or the return pipe valve should be opened to return the water from the economizer to the water tank .
