Introduction：

DZL series single drum vertical chain grate boiler adopts arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tubes to form a drum, which makes the drum change from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastic structure. The smoke pipe in the tube sheet is changed from two return to three return.

In addition, the boiler adopts high-efficiency heat transfer threaded flue tubes to obtain enhanced heat transfer effect, achieve the characteristics of boiler heating up and pressure rise quickly, and improve the thermal efficiency.

The boiler structure is compact, and compared with the same type of boiler, the external dimension is small, which saves the investment of boiler room infrastructure. Because the flue gas has a disturbance in the pipe, it is not easy to accumulate dust in the smoke tubes, and it plays a self-cleaning role. The unique double-layer secondary air design improves the ignition conditions of biomass fuel. The independent air chamber is used to achieve reasonable air distribution, so that an aerodynamic field that is conducive to combustion is formed in the furnace, resulting in high combustion temperature and high combustion efficiency.
