Introduction：

WNS series oil/gas fired steam (hot water) boiler is a horizontal quick-install internal combustion three-return fire tube boiler. The wet-back structure is adopted, and the high-temperature flue gas washes the second and third return flue tubes in turn, and then is discharged into the atmosphere from the rear flue chamber through the chimney. This series boiler has sufficient heat power, large heating area, and fully absorbs effective heat, low exhaust gas temperature, small heat loss, and ensures high efficiency. In addition, this type of boiler is equipped with industrial professional burner, adopts advanced technologies such as automatic combustion proportional adjustment, automatic adjustment of feed water, etc., and has high and low water level alarm and low water level.

(a)Large-diameter corrugated furnace: The boiler combustion chamber is composed of a large-diameter full-corrugated furnace, which makes effective absorption of thermal expansion, and large radiation heating surface.

(b) Multi-functional safety explosion-proof device: the rear panel of the boiler is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected with the furnace to prevent the high energy generated instantly when the fuel is violently deflagrated in the furnace, which can be automatically reset, and has a fire-viewing mirror.

(a) The front and rear smoke boxes are uniquely sealed: the smoke box adopts double-opening smoke box doors, which are easy to open.

(b) Reliable pressure and water level protection: multiple control protections for boiler pressure and water level, as well as over-smoke temperature protection to ensure the safe operation.
