SZS series oil/gas fired boiler adopts staged combustion and advanced technology. The body of the SZS series boiler is a double-drum, chamber-fired D-type layout structure, the right side is the furnace, and the left side is the convection tube bundle. It is fixed on the body chassis through the movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, and ensures that the boiler as a whole expands to both ends. The furnace is surrounded by narrow-spaced tube-film water-cooling walls, and the membrane-type water-cooling wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals and separates the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The flue gas generated by the combustion of the furnace enters the burnout chamber and the convection tube bundle area from the smoke outlet at the rear of the furnace, and then turns from the front left side of the boiler to enter the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, and finally enters The flue enters the chimney and is discharged to the atmosphere.
SZS type oil and gas fired boiler water wall and convection flue all adopt membrane wall structure, which has good sealing performance, high heat absorption rate, and effectively reduces the use and maintenance workload of refractory bricks. In addition, the boiler adopts high thermal resistance material as the thermal insulation layer, and the thermal insulation performance is good. An energy-saving condenser is arranged at the rear, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and the boiler thermal efficiency is high.
