CWNS series oil/gas fired atmospheric pressure hot water boiler adopts a horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire tube structure with a corrugated furnace at the bottom. The rear smoke chamber chimney vents to the atmosphere.

Introduction：

CWNS series hot water boiler adopts quick-installed horizontal three-pass fire tube boiler. The wet-back arrangement of the bottom furnace is adopted, and the high-temperature flue gas flushes the second and third return flue tubes in turn, and then is discharged into the atmosphere from the rear flue chamber through the chimney. The boiler is matched a high-quality burner and adopts advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, automatic adjustment of feed water, program start and stop, and automatic operation. It has automatic protection functions such as running water temperature control.

This boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, easy operation, rapid installation, less pollution, low noise and high efficiency. (a) Time setting function: users can freely set the start and stop time of the boiler according to their needs.

(b) Leakage protection function: After the control system detects the leakage, it will automatically cut off the power.

(c) Water shortage protection: When the boiler is short of water, the burner control circuit will be cut off in time to prevent dry burning damage to the burner, and the controller will issue a water shortage alarm indication.
