YL(G)W series thermal oil boiler is a heating equipment used in industrial production. The heat transfer oil is used as the heat carrier to force the liquid phase circulation of the heat carrier through the circulating oil pump. Heating high temperature, low pressure, energy-saving equipment, and the heating temperature can be as high as 340 ℃, and generally below the working pressure of 1.0MPa.
The heating surface of the YL(G)W heat transfer oil boiler is reasonably arranged, this type of boiler has a long service life, high temperature and low pressure, and can obtain a higher working temperature at a lower operating pressure. The liquid phase transports heat energy. When the temperature is less than 300 °C, the organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) is 70 to 80 times smaller than the saturated vapor pressure of water, and the pressure-bearing conditions of heat-using equipment can be greatly reduced.
This hot oil boiler has reasonable structure, advanced technology, high thermal efficiency, and has significant energy saving and economic benefits. The biomass fired hot oil boiler temperature adjustment is accurate and reliable, and it is equipped with complete operation control and safety monitoring. Compared with steam heating, it can save energy by 1 to 1.5 times, and compared with electric heating, it can save energy by 0.8 to 1.3 times, and save operating costs significantly.
1. Strong adaptability to different fuels
The combustion equipment is designed separately from the upper furnace body, and the furnace structure can be independently designed according to the different solid fuels;

The radiation section is made of square coil tube, and the convection section is made of serpentine tube. The heating surface tube has good thermal expansion performance, low stress, safety and reliability.

The flue gas has three return trips, the medium flows through the convection and radiation coils, the flow rate is uniform, and the operation is safe and stable.
6. Sufficient output
The heating surface layout is reasonable, the area is large, the heat transfer effect is good, the efficiency is high, and the output is stable and sufficient.
7. Perfect automatic control measures
The oil outlet temperature is precisely controlled, and multiple control protections are set for the medium temperature, pressure and excess smoke temperature to ensure safe and reliable operation.
