YY(Q)W horizontal oil/gas fired thermal oil boiler uses different types of oil and gas as fuel, and uses heat transfer oil as carrier to force the heat carrier to circulate through the circulating oil pump to force the heat carrier, so as to transmit heat to the high-efficiency heat-using equipment.

Introduction：

YY(Q)W horizontal oil/gas thermal oil boiler is a new type of heating equipment. This boiler uses heat transfer oil as the carrier to force the heat carrier to circulate through the circulating oil pump through the circulating oil pump to force the heat carrier to circulate in the liquid phase, and transmit the heat to the heating equipment. Then return to the hot oven to reheat.

The fuel burns and releases heat in the combustion chamber. After most of the heat is absorbed by the radiation heating surface, the high-temperature flue gas enters the convection heating surface and exchanges heat.

This series hot oil boiler is widely used in chemical, grease, petrochemical, printing and dyeing, plastic, rubber, fiber, carbon, construction, cement, asphalt, metal, painting, etc.

(1) The thermal oil boiler has high temperature and low pressure, accurate temperature control and high thermal energy utilization rate;

(2) The heating surface adopts densely arranged circular tubes, and the heating surface is arranged adequately, which makes the use of heat transfer oil safer;

(3) The boiler has a compact structure, which saves the floor space of the boiler room;

(4) An air preheater is installed at the tail of the large boiler to improve the efficiency of the boiler;

(5) The convective heating surface adopts a relatively high and reasonable flue gas flow rate to ensure sufficient heat exchange of the furnace body and high thermal efficiency of the boiler system;

(6) The heat supply is as high as 300°C or more.
